We have a strict checking and control procedure in our warehouse and it is unlikely to have any error while delivery. But sometimes mistakes can be made and if it happens with you then please inform us within the 14 days and we will surely send you a return label and you can get your order as soon as possible at no additional charges.
WHAT DO I DO AS MY ORDER HAS BEEN DELIVERED AND ARE DAMAGED?
Firstly, you need to sign for the date and time for every package that we deliver to you. If the package looks damaged then you can refuse the delivery and if it has been damaged by the carrier then you are not signed for examine then we are not held liable or make a claim with the carrier. You need to inform us instantly by making a phone call or via e-mail for any damaged goods.
